Questions or problems with the web site? There have been some reports of the site navigation frame (left side of the screen) not appearing correctly. The cause seems to be a down-level version of the Macromedia Flash Player (earlier than version 7) installed on the workstation. If you don't see the flash navigation on the left side (frame) of your screen, which looks like this...
then click the 
image to initiate download of the latest Macromedia Flash Player. You can
also click the HTML Menu link
to display a text version of the site navigator. It's not as fun as the
animated flash navigator, but it works.
